Coloured Lines have partnered with multiple Tier 1 wholesale providers to deliver solutions across Australia which provides you true redundancy by utilising multiple upstream providers with fully redundant network paths

It’s important under for many businesses, especially in today’s cloud-centric world where all our data and applications are accessed online, that considerations about redundancy and carrier diversity are inherent in any solution.  By aggregating underlying physical transit services from Telstra, Optus, Vocus, AAPT and others, Coloured Lines can offer that true carrier diversity rather than just a single carrier offering divergent paths that traverse the same core.

Voice and Data interconnection

Coloured Lines has a redundant, high capacity cross-connected architecture between the data network and our voice network that ensures your voice traffic is segregated and delivered to our voice core in an equivalent manner to that of a dedicated voice circuit.  We then switch the traffic to the PSTN from our voice core and deliver the resultant voice traffic back down the data circuit to your telephony platform.  This process is completely invisible to you but accesses all the inherent redundancy built into your data circuits supplied plus the redundancy built into our voice network.    We have an unique capacity to permit registrations from your PBX to both public and private IP addresses which permits us to offer you a fail-over path that is extremely flexible due to it being able to traverse any available internet connection in your business.
